Exchanges & Returns Made Easy
Our Goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience at J. Marco Catalog. If for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied, simply send back your items, insured and in new condition with the original garment tags attached. We will promptly exchange for another item or refund the purchase price, no questions asked. Exchange orders are re-shipped at no cost to you. All Returns/Exchanges must be received within 6 months from the date of purchase. Regretfully, items that have been modified, worn or washed are non-returnable and original shipping and handling is non-refundable.
For your convenience, we have included a prepaid return label with every order, please note a $6.95 fee will be deducted from your refund or exchange amount for the use of this label. Remember to retain the bottom portion of the label which includes a duplicate tracking number for your return package, just in case you would like to follow up at any time. To use the carrier of your choice, please affix the return shipping label (postage required) attached with your invoice and take your package to the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a form of traceable delivery. Please list clearly your order number on the outside of your package.

To expedite the handling of your return and to receive an e-mail conformation please reference the first seven digits of your order number of your return label.
Please allow one to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
