Our Catalog
Do you offer a sale catalog?
We currently offer two mail order sale catalogs a year. We also offer a sale outlet on our website all year round.
How many catalogs do you send out a year? A total of nine catalogs are sent out per year.
Are you associated with any other catalog company? We are not associated wth any other company outside of the J. Marco Catalog name.
How can I get one of your catalogs?
You may obtain
a catalog online or call customer service at 1-800-948-3100
and ask to be added to our mailing list.
I receive more than one copy of your catalog. What should I do?
Please have both catalogs on hand with the mailing labels and call us at 1-800-948-3100 to correct this situation.
I am no longer interested in your catalog, how can I remove my name from your mailing list? If you wish not to receive any further catalogs from us, please e-mail us at customerservice@jmarco.com with the name and address as it appears on the catalog label and be sure to include the catalog number. Or you may call 1-800-948-3100 and we will gladly remove you from our list.

Do you have petite and plus sized merchandise available?
We do offer petite and plus sized items on select merchandise. As we grow we will continue to offer expanded sizes on our newest clothing selections.
What is your guarantee? All of our products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products you may return it for a refund or exchange it for a different size.

How do I find a product that I'm looking for?
At the top of our pages is a text field that will allow you to enter the item code of the product you are looking for. If you do not have an item code you can type in keywords to view items that relate to search term.
Can I redeem gift certificates online? Not at this time. Gift certificates can only be redeemed by placing an order by phone. If you would like to redeem a gift certificate call 1-800-948-3100. We do have gift certificates available for purchase online.

Orders
If an item I have ordered is on backorder when will I be charged for the item?
Backordered items are charged only when the item is shipped to you. All shipping and handling charges will be charged when the first item(s) ship.
If I decide I don't want to wait for my backordered item how do I cancel it? If you would like to cancel your request for a backordered item or any order you have placed that hasn't been shipped please contact customer service at 1-800-948-3100 or email customerservice@jmarco.com. Online cancellation of an order is unavailable at this time.
How can I check the status of my order?
If you created an account upon checkout you can check the status of an order online by logging into your account. If you chose express checkout you will need to contact our customer service department for order status.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 states as well as internationally. All international (except Canada) orders placed online will be placed on hold for review by our customer service department. You will be contacted within 24 hours with a shipping quote.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship by UPS or U.S. Mail. Our standard shipping time is 7-10 business days for in stock items, however express shipping is available on most items. If you would like your order shipped express an additional shipping charge will be added to your order.
